the lprice it depneding in the site , Design , Size, Using the database or not, Security on it,......etc
and alot alot odf thing
even some critical validation may increeas the task
but if you have a simple website with static text and this website is containg 1-4 pages it may cost up to 500-800$ i guess.

Just a shot in the dark, but if you found the right buyer, I'd say you could probably get anywhere from 1-5 grand.
