Trisexual (sometimes trysexual) is either an extension of, or a pun on bisexual. In its more serious usage, it indicates an interest in transgender persons in addition to cissexual men and women. In its more humorous usage, it refers to someone who will try any sexual experience.

It has also been used in the sense of a person being hetero-, homo- and bisexual but only exercising one sexual preference at any one time (which is in cases different to being bisexual).

The term is usually attributed to David Bowie, quoted as saying he was trisexual—he was "willing to try anything". Andy Dick also joked as being trisexual.

well think of it... if someone is straight they are sexually attracted to the opposite gender, if someone is bisexual they attract to one's gender and the opposite of themself (attracted to females and males) bi means 2... example bisect, bicycle, and now bisexual, and trisexual must mean attracted to males, females, and gay & lesbians since tri means 3 like tricycle... i counted gay and lesbian as there own gender because it is like a gender an amazing gender, it should be its own cuz everybody should be treated equally... i used to think trisexual means you are sexually attracted to animals, or transexuals but since it isnt actually a real word, you could most likely find it in the urban dictionary where are your dreams come truuu..... lol jk but really you could find almost every slang word or popular made up word in there no joke! yup
