There is another account I can log onto but it doesn't have administrator rights.

Boot into safe mode....if this doesnot work boot into last good known configuation...safe mode will let u in to change password and u become administrator if u cannot become adminsrtrator become limited...or even sign in as guest...probably ..Last good known config would be ur best bet...as far as passowrds go...it will take ur machine back before it stopped excepting ur password...then when u get in change password

maybe the password is wrong, or just try to try on administrator account.

press ctrl+alt+del
you will get login window where you can enter both user name and password
give user name : administrator or Administrator
password : blank
