My daughter had her first guy/girl party last month. All they wanted to do was listen to music, play video games (she's a gamer) and snack. But ask if there's anything else she'd like to do. If not, just settle in for a night of music.. maybe dancing.. and lots of waitressing.... and don't forget the chaperone part too.. just be cool in doing it! My daughter's 'seeing' a high school kid so I spent most of my night just making sure he was a gentleman!

I would ask your daughter what she would like to do I remember at my first guy girl party I was to nervous that if I decided activities that someone wouldn't be happy. If she has music planned i would lay out a deck of cards if there are any outside games make it up to her she knows what her friends like she is just probably really nervous just remind her that it is about her having fun with her friends.

You could try to do games. Pictionary, family feud, scattergories, etc. Maybe making up a few games would work as well. Set up a crime mystery night. Have someone be the criminal and others need to guess who did it. Watch the movie CLUE it may help you with some ideas on how to do this.

umm...im 13 years old and at our parties we pretty much just dance. the guys and girls dance together. everyone has a good time. some people may not like this sort of party, but for 2 years those are the only kind of parties we've had. sorry if i didn't help.

People of that age group are hard to please. They might think games are stupid and just like the music and food alone. If it's the dating fact you're worryed about I don't think it would be a problem simply because ypu're there
