Drink a lot of water, citrus juice, fruits and vegetables. Use sun screen and moisturiser frequently, avoid sun and dust.

You can't get rid of wrinkles, I know I've tried. But you can help to prevent them. Make sure you use a high sun factor on your face and body when you go out. Use a good quality night cream. The biggest NO NO is smoking and alcohol, avoid these at all costs. Drink lots of water and eat a good diet of Fruit and veg. Good luck

use garnier wrinkle lift, it works and results can be seen in a month or 2, don't expect drastic results .
