In what language. Being at CHENNAI city proper many Hindi serilas which come in Z ee TV etc do not get transmitted unless you have a set top box.
Also almost all serials are streotyped with family setup, showing, anger . lust . deceit, and scenes of death, sorrow etc which we see all around us in practical life day in and day out. If we switch on TV we want to re;lax and enjoy but not weep and get disgusted.
So I stopped watching serials.
National Geography , Discovery, Animal Plant etc were my favourites once upon a time I dont get it as it is not free for viewers at Chennai whereas in the entire India it is free for viewers.

I don't like the Balaji stuff-the boring melodrama, steriotypical portrayal of families, sindoor, karva chaut et al. I think Ba Bahu aur Baby is the best serial in India today. Its characters seem real, the story seem real and all the actors portray their roles with ease and grace.

i like all the Ekta kapoor serial but all the serials startings are good but after some time all serial has same storyhero died and after few episode his duplicate or same hero return .
but the most i like is AAHAT on sony
