why not? as long as you are not dirty or your clothes fall apart.. I would argue that youre clothes are your swimsuit.. but maybe say that its the newset trend haha.. over in France is very popular

It doesn't hurt to ask the staff at all park and recreational centers in your area to see if they allow you to swim fully clothed.
