no,only if you shave the area will it come back thicker

No. The cream just dissolves the hair at the skin's surface.
Only shaving makes the hair look thicker as it gives the hair a blunt end, but it isn't actually any thicker.

no, no. creams are okey. but dint use cheap and bad products in market. also.first apply little bit on your hidden hair area. because some times it will aleagic for your skin type. after 24 hr if it no problem u can use it. anyway important thing is every cosmetic bring bad after long time use. then we have to try for keeping our body with out cosmetics. but it very hard in these days.
