The owner of Chick Fil a is not Mormon.

Chick-Fil-As founder is S. Truett Cathy, a devout Baptist.

Why the heck would you have to be Mormon to work at a company which was founded by S. Truett Cathy, who is still the company's chairman, and member of the Southern Baptists.
