That's a tough one!!! We have the notion of good in our consciousness. How did it get there? Is it by any chance because God put it there, because God is Absolute Good and because God created man? I'm sure there are alternative scientific theories, but I'll stick to this one.

God is very good!life is good! being happy and making ppl happy is good, doing nice things r good.... there are many good things in the world if u look around urself a bit!

In order to answer this question you first need to ask: good for what purpose? I don't know anything that is universally good though, except for vauge subjects such as God.

good is 'good' and bad is 'good'.
Take a crime for example. The criminal (who steals food to feed his starving children) would see it as good the victim (who owns the food that was stolen) as bad. who is right !!
