It's ok. The beaches are good for east coast beaches. It is very expensive and crowded though!

YES!!!! My husband and I (we live in NY) drove down to the outerbanks for a weekend. We stayed in a little town called Duck which was so cute and quanit. The people are really friendly and there's a lot to do! While we were there, we bought a Nacra 6.0 catamaran, which is kind of the whole point for us to go. We loved it so much that when I graduate from dental school, we'd like to move there and that's where I'll practice.
