If switching to antiperspirant doesn't help and you have enough money, you can go to a doctor who injects Botox into your sweat glands for this problem. It's expensive though.

you may have a problem with your glands , check with the doc.
if there is no problem then just use a dry deodorant , not the gel ones , and carry around perfume when you feel uncomfortable just spray it on. also , try to stay in places cooled with air con and do not keep your arms down , if you leave them down they will get sweaty and stink , if anything keep your hands in your pocket or do things that require your arms to be moved a lot. drink more water too , sometimes it is because the body is just clearing stuff out that it causes a certain stink , also wear thinner clothes when it is hot , like wear a tank top or something , long as its not like a polo shirt or anything you should be fine. hope this helps :)

Here in England you can get Arid cream deodrant. It stops the sweating completely for hours on end. You wont ever have to suffer sweatmarks. Hope you can get it. Its the best

Anti-perspirent can be bought in the deodorant aisle of supermarkets. It blocks up the pores of the skin to reduce or eliminate sweating, whereas deodorant just covers smells.
Lynx has some kind of chemical to stop BO, I think Right Guard works well too. At least in UK.

make sure you are using an ANTI-PERSPIRANT as this will prevent you from sweating, whereas a deoderant will just stop the sweat from smelling bad. Try a Sure one of the stick variety, not the spray they don't work as well. the dry sticks always work for me, nothing else seems to, I must have picky underarms ;)
