If your white and in favor of affirmative action that means your young, and haven't been denied a job/promotion beause of "diversity" I have...and it sucks.

I am for individualism. everyone should do their best and they will be rewarded for their efforts.
I think everyone can think and do whatever they want as long as it does not take liberty away from someone else.
Some say that diversity and affirmative action would take liberty away from the majority.
