How would the international landscape have turned out differently? Think about Saddam, Bin Laden, and all the turmoil in the Middle East.

Would the U.S. be a more respected country worldwide?

I ask because I've heard good things about Gore with his book coming out and now the documentary on global warming--he apparently comes across as quite intelligent and humble. Compare to Bush who doesn't think much of global warming.

Nothing much would have changed. Gore might have put more focus on getting bin laden and let the UN deal with saddam.
Gore mightt even have put a cap on the gas prices something that bush does not want to do. gore migh even have taxed the oil companies something bush refuses to do.

gore would have focused more on internal matter for all Americans where bush just does not care

Saddam would definitely still be in power. The Taliban would still be in control of Afghanistan. Bin Laden would still be running training camps there. Saddam would probably on the UN's commission of human rights. Al Bore could be his under-secretary.

The UN would still be deciding whether, or what, to do about 9-11. Why? Because Al Bore would never do anything without the UN's approval. Hell, Bin Laden would probably get the Nobel peace prize for putting it to the "Satanic USA".

Plus, air travel & vehicles would be limited to only important people, such as Barbara Streisand. Us commoners would have to walk or ride bicycles everywhere. We wouldn't be allowed to ride horses as that would upset PETA.

the US would be looked on as a punk by the Arab world. They would have the notion that they can do whatever they want in violation of agreements that they had with the US and we will do nothing. Then they (Arab countrys such as Iran) could continue developing WMDs and gather strength and eventually destroy Israel and then start the global Jihad!

Oh by the way, Global Warming is Junk Science.

Yes the earth is warming No we are not causing it. The sun is heating up and I don't think we should destroy our economy to try and stop it.

Ugh, no. I hated Al Gore. I think he would refuse to put us in war with Iraq so that we we would have like world war because Iraqis would be coming to the United States. Yah know Bush sent our troops there and now they are busy trying to save their place and they can't do that if they are over here. Al Gore said he didn't agree with war. Shame Shame. Yay for George Bush. ♥

The economy would be in the tank. Taxes would be huge and there would have been a half dozen 9/11 type attacks since 911

Cause we wouldent have done anything about it.

Sadaam would still be in power. The US would be looked at the same because it has been for over 20 years. It wouldn't have changed except we would have an idiot in office! He's dumb as a box of rocks.

He would have launched maybe three missiles and that would have been it.

And then we would have been attacked several times.

He would have pushed Israel out of their land and given it to terrorists
