Yes, at first they look very similar, but you get used to it and can then tell them apart easily.
We had a group of Japanese students visit our school for a home stay & we lined up at oppositte sides of the room. We were all thinking 'how do you tell them apart' but at the same time they were whispering the same thing to each other about us! So it's really your point of view, because they han't been around us for a long time they couldn't tell us apart even though we had different colour & length hair. But then after a few hours mixing together we could all tell each other apart and even remember their names!
