Neither...I think of it as a necessary evil. I don't think enough research has been done with regards to the health risks involved by holding a miniature RF Transceiver next to your brain for hours on end. But hey, that's just me!!!

Depends on the Situation..

Talk: I use most of the times as is quick, no limitation of words, no need to go to Menu--Messages--Write--160 characters--Address Book--Select Recipient--Send--Message Sent Notification...........Phew!!..

.To send a Phone no. or an Address (especially when the other person doesn't have anything to write) as it avoids confusion as compared to when you speak & the other person has to write
.Some emotional messages (as most of us are not Tom Hanks to speak those lines with perfect emotions!!)
.Other person is not reachable by call & it's important to deliver some message to him/her urgently.

Text - i just use my phone text to arrange to meet people usually... and if i'm out in a pub or something i can't hear people talking anyway!

text- dont know why though. it takes forever plus it's like what...$1 a text. what a ripoff. but it is fun knowing that you have a message waiting for you!lol

text if i need to tell the person something but im not in good terms with the person and i dont want to talk to them ... i.e my roommate haha
