the main factors in deciding what to do with your life and future should be influenced by your capabilities, those things of which you are interested in and what you enjoy. You should think that this is a profession that you will be spending a great part of your life doing. Parents often have desires for their offspring but they will not be performing the career chioce. If you are lucky enough to get paid for doing something that you love to do you will happiest in your life.

hi there i too am passing Xth and i'm too in the same trouble as ur. But u know do what u like the best and choose that career and better stick to it. if ur not sure about deciding urself then let ur parents decide it afterall they will alwys have the best ideas as for me i am taking my dad's advice and doing science side u too can follow the same thing as i did

interets is a major component in deciding your career. what are the subjects you like? and what do you enjoy doing? what can you see yourself doing on a daily basis? these are things that would decide your career.

Do what you like doing. If you enjoy doing stuff outside in the garden do that, If you like doing stuff with your computer do that
Do whatever you enjoy the most.
