My parents are always telling me to be more like her and him. They're always acting liek they like the other person better. I try to use it to improve but I still cant help but to feel discouraged.

i don't think its you with the problem its your parents (sorry to say this) but i think your parents shouldn't act like that they should be proud of there children and be happy the way you are.and if they do need to change your attitude or anything they should say it in encouragement so that you would take interest in changing your self and not be discouraged.well if you think you need to change than take this as advantage but don't be discouraged.

Hey dont try to be him or her..be ur self..u tell ur parents that u want to be urself and its left to them whether they like u or not..being parents they are not supposed this kind of thing first of all...Its ur capacity and ur talents which makes u a unique person..
If all this doesnt work..ask them to be like ur friend's parents..then they might understand..

try to obey what they say, if you can then it is not your problem. be petient againt your parents instractions and advise. respect them always becuase the paradis is under the feet of the parents specialy moms.
