I'm guessing you mean tablets? There are products that claim they will help you get pregnant faster. What they are doing is making sure your body has proper nutrients as well as herbs that help regulate your cycle.
FertilAid is one such product.

I've heard that taking prenatals and having lots of folic acid will make you more fertile, you can try that.

tables are useless. ask and see a doctor first before you do something. all you need is to keep yourself healthy.
