I think you meant is there any tablet you can take to get pregnant faster. I don't think there is one (at least one that is FDA approved for that purpose), but there are other things you can do to increase your chances of getting pregnant. You can chart your cycle so you'll know when you're ovulating or even buy an ovulation predictor kit. You can also monitor your basal temperature. Good luck!
