I am a slim adult man, i am 5'7" and 135lbs...my best bench press is 60lbs..i know a 14 year old girl who can lift more than me, and beat me at arm wrestling! Is she unusual, or are many girls that strong?

many girls nowadays are strong, well it's just what about the culture tells us. the culture tells us that man should be and are stronger than women but, women could very very strong too.
have you heard about it in guinness??

Simply because men produce more testosterone, a woman will never be stronger than a man if all other factors are the same (age, weight, race, training, diet, etc etc) Of course, these factors can affect bench press quite a bit

Physically I think it is unusual, unless the girl takes special training of course.
Mentally I think ALL girls are stronger than guys.

No it's not, because I can also beat you. Did you know that female are stronger than men, really! Not 100% physically, but mentally, emotionally, morally, psychologically and spiritually. Your just not that informed!
