Lemp Mansion in St. Louis, MO. Several people died there, either by suicide or foul play. Many people have had experiences there. One of the radio stations in town invites one person to stay the night there by themselves every Halloween; no one has managed to do it yet.

Also, if you go to the "local interest" area of your local Borders Bookstore, they should have some books re: hauntings in your area.

ok this was in 1996 so it may be different now. but on a lonely 2 lane road going west out of casper wyoming about an hour out is a little area called hells half acre. at this landsight is a small truckstop. inside the truckstop in the womans room a lady was brutually raped and murdered. i felt a very strong psychic blast of energy blow me away from that door not in a physical sense but in a emotional one, best way to describe it is if someone just unexpectedly screamed right at you but i didnt hear anything. if you want more details on this experience then contact me.

I lived in one on 814 Azalea, Houston, TX. It was just a poldergeist (not like the movie, the real kind that don't harm you, just play tricks). It would move things around, impersonate me to other people, knock on the walls, and move the chandelier. The house was pretty old, but it was beautiful and majestic. The house is no longer in our family, so I would suggest contacting the owners to see if they are still having activity there.
