i agree. i really thought we would have had him by now. but getting him wont put an end to the terrorist problem. he has plenty of followers who will be glad to step up and take his place when we do get him. but we're making progress and every time we catch another terrorist (or better yet kill one) our world becomes a little safer. God Bless our men and women in the military and God Bless the U.S.A

~I, for one, thought he'd be alive now and I'm not the slightest bit surprised. I said that in '01, and I'll probably be saying it 5 years from now.
Why would you think he'd be dead. You were so wrong because you know nothing of the man or his movement. You never heard of him before 9-11. Did you know he was hunted by the Soviets when the US supported him in Afghanistan in the 80's and has been hunted by someone ever since? He knows how to run, he knows how to hide and he knows how to surface and to strike. He had good teachers, altough the US denies now having been one of them. Do you realize that a good share of the world applauds his efforts in 2001 and his several successful attacks before that? Have you taken time out to consider why he would want to orchestrate those attacks and why so many people and governments are willing to assist?
Get off the Bush party line and look at US policy abroad. It is no wonder the towers were hit. The amazing thing is that it hadn't happened (here) before, and hasn't been repeated yet.
Not to worry about bin Ladin ending up dead. Some day he will. And the same afternoon, his successor will take his place. Better to worry about whether or not we will ever change our policies such that people won't want to strike, because as long as we give them the incentive and the justification, they will accept the invitation.
Enough international good will was blown by the invasion of Afghanistan, that only a total moron would involve himself in such an untenable and futile escapade as the invasion of Iraq. And Georgie the Younger did it with what, a 95% to 99% approval rating. One thing the twin FUBARs of Georgie's 's administration has done is to insure that continued acts of retaliation on American soil will be the goal of all the bin Ladin wanna-bes from around the globe.
How long did it take to find Che?, the Jackel? the IRA is alive and well, although Bader-Meinhoff and the Red Brigade are pretty much defunct. None of them have the conacts, support, friends or finances that Osama has, and you figure a seal team is gonna waltz in and take him, eh? Schwarzenegger can't go after him ' 'cus he's all tied up in Sacramento. Chuck Norris is hawiking work-out junk, Stalone's too old and Willis is, well, Willis. You're stuck with the real world on this one, dude, and it ain't gonna end soon.

Taskforce 121 is the United State's 'Joint Task Force' concept of conducting Special Operations. TF121 is a multiservice force commanded by an Air Force Brigadier General. The spearhead of the force is a forty-man team that is most likely made up of operators from Delta, Devgroup and the CIA's paramilitary units (many of whom are ex Delta and Devgroup anyway).
TF121 captured Saddam Hussein and other top ranking Iraqis and Talibans. The vast mountainous region separating Afghanistan and Pakistan provides numerous sanctuaries (in caves) for those on the run from American and NATO forces. I think the search for bin Laden don't stop; operations depend on intelligence for optimum results just like the just-in news that Al-Zarqawi, the most wanted man in Iraq was killed in an air strike yesterday.

obviously the "hold up" has been bush's little jaunt in Iraq. if he had really wanted the perpetrators of 9-11, we'd have him already, to be sure. but no, they had to carry out the wolfowitz little sick scheme. kinda sad the way the despots go and do whatever the f*ck they want, for whatever reasons they make up, and us regular nobodies have to live with the consequences.
OBL will not be found until the dems get power back this November or in 2008. The 9-11/OBL issue is more about taking care of American people, clearly a job for Democrats

President Bush has his priorities mixed up. It seems that having a Constitutional Amendment to ban same-sex marriage is more important that capturing OBL and if there is another attack on American soil Bush and the Republicans will blame someone else for that rather than themselves.

It’s too easy to blame Osama. Do you really think he’s the only responsible? You should start imprisoning with those who made him a terrorist.

Do you know nostradamus(the foreteller), well it's supposed that he said world war III will break out around year2010 & will continue for 28 years.
But I don't believe in it.You must be a fool to believe it but............we can't say anything....
But many say that they will shoot him around year 2008
The main problems is the rugged, sparsely populated & little equipped countries around where he's hiding
