According to me, Brazil will win the World Cup with players like Ronaldinho and Kaka. Other than them England have a great chance as Wayne Rooney is back from his injury.

out of 9 times the tournament has been organized in Europe,only one time a Latin team has won it,so i think it's gonna be a European team, either Italy or Germany.
