Ur Ram is enough. but ur processor is so slow. it can damage ur computer, it will run so slow, for tht Ram, u need 2.2-2.8 GHz processor.

These days 512mb Ram is the minimal amount that you would need. Most people run 1024 (1Gig) or more. As for the processor,1.5 is slooooooow! You might try upgrading to a larger processor but your system will have a limit that it will accept. Be sure you find out how much the motherboard will support.

Do a good cleaning on the system, uninstall or disable all un-needed software. Do you have alot of processes running ( look in the task bar next to the clock, those are all running processes) disable the ones you don't need. Click start then run and type msconfig and go to the start up tab to disable unwanted programs from starting at boot up...Warning!! be careful what you stop as legit windows services are listed in the services tab.

Might want to check into a new system, the low dollar systems at Wally World are pretty beefy! You will notice a huge difference! eMachines with the AMD processor Kick Major Butt, be sure to uninstall all the extra junk such as demo programs ect...

Keep the memory if its DDR, ditch the CPU, throw away the motherboard. Buy or build yourself a new PC because upgrading your current system will not give you any better results.

Minimum specs. for today's PC:
- 3Ghz Pentium or equivalent, I prefer AMD processor.
- Any motherboard that support the CPU
- 1GB DDR Memory, to run more applications without the lag.
- 256MB Video Card for 3D games
- Hard drive space is up to you

Your procesor is rather slow. It should be at least 2 GHz, but preferably 3. It also depends on what kinds of applications do you run. Games often need a good video card; no matter how good your processor is, it’ll be slow.

get a video card or at least a newer one also upgrade your CPU to a minimum of 2.2 GHZ. also if you have the funds then shoot for a duel core CPU with again a minimum speed of 2.2Ghz with 1GB ram and a video card made in the past 3 years

if you use 1500MHZ pentium intel its mid speed
if you use 1500MHZ intel mobile tecknology its good
but if you use a intel 3,5GB pentium with 2MB cashe that a rapid speed
