You can't lose that much by then. You should have started back in January. Just love yourself and eat as healthy as you can. Walk atleast 3-4 times a week. Drink plenty of water.

Do not buy anything that anyone is selling, it will not work and your money will be gone. Eating small meals two or three hours apart and walking may be the answer. You can do it, but in all probability, it will come off if you lose it extremely fast.

don't allow yourself to be hungry. eat as you need as long as you do it in right combination and at the right time. when my friend did what i said her waist line which measures 44 inches became 28 inches after a month. there are certain kinds of food for every meal, snacks and no table sugar to all that she had taken. all natural food.

ONLY EAT TWO MEALS A DAY AND A COUPLE SNAKS.U WILL LOSE WEIGHT BUT IT IS NOT HEALTHY.
