ABSOLUTELY!!! If semen gets inside the vaginal canal (a great possiblity if it's anywhere near the cervix) then pregnancy is a possibility. The only way to keep from getting pregnant is to not have sex at all!! Or get a tubaligation (for women) or a vasectomy (for a man).

Yes, same probability exists when women is lying down.
But in answer to your last line "...and the penis touches the outside of vagina", please note that in order for a girl or woman to become pregnant, sperm have to get into her vagina.

yes , well only if the *** or sperm go in because thats what gets you pregnant not exactly the penis. the main thing is just be carefull where the ***/sperm is at because he can even have it on the tip of his finger and him put it in your vigina and you can get pregnant. it doesnt matter how the ***/sperm gets in as long as it gets in you´ll get pregnant
i have a friend that cumed on the girls tummy and it ran down to her vigina and she got pregnant.

there's a little tendency if the man pre-ejaculated without noticing or if there's sperm involve.. an extra-active sperm can travel to your ovary once it touches the wet part of your vagina...
