That depends on the IQ test. Different tests score IQ different ways. However, most these days go by the standard Wexler scale. Provided the tickle test used that, your IQ is above average.
The highest recorded score, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, is held by Marilyn vos Savant, who generally professes her IQ to be 228.
However, it should be noted that after a certain point, it becomes difficult, if not downright impossible, to accurately gauge intelligence due to a number of factors, including the extreme rarity of human beings with those IQs, the inability to design tests to gauge the mental limits of geniuses, the sheer number of factors influencing overall intelligence, etc.
Even Marilyn vos Savant will admit while an IQ score is a good indicator on how you might do on some tasks, assessing someone's overall intelligent isn't really possible at this point, so you shouldn't be too fussed over the number and approach intelligence with more than a grain of salt.

I did a tickle test, lol and got 142
I did another and got 148, if my memory serves me correctly
What's that, average I suppose-well happy with that
Infact I did a few times, sure there was a 132 too, so different every time. I don't think it can really give us our true IQ
If we were to do a tickle test on a daily basis, how often would we get the same? Rarely I expect because everyday our brains work ona different level. Somedays we are more clear headed than others, that alone would make a difference to your scoring.
Our IQ levels change daily too, so I may be in a intelligent mood today but a total dead head tomorrow-

The tickle IQ test is quite inaccurate. To get a full idea of your actual IQ, you would need to be observed while taking the test. It would also need to be oral, not just written. After all the IQ is a ratio of your mental age to your chronological age, which is also why it usually changes over time. For the layperson, that's mental age divided by actual age and then multiplied by 100.
There is so many IQ tests out there, there is no exact answer to your original question. Plus, given what the IQ actually is, there really is no theoretical limit to how high it can go.

I took the test twice and the first time i took it i got a 127and just 2 years ago when i took it again i got a 128. A professor and attorney i know has a 145 and a man i believe is or was a preacher had a 180. i believe 200 is genius but 220 is the highest. don't quote me on that. you should look it up on yahoo search. I think average is like 80 or so.

The highest score that has been calculated was a 220, which was recorded in the eastern hemisphere decades ago.
also to help clarify things, modern psychology doesn't put too much emphasis on the Intellegence Quotient tests because they don't actually record true intellegence and the abilitiy to acquire further intellegence. they are a good starting point, but they don't completely define one's intellegence level.

~In that case, I can and have scored a whole bunch higher than you. If you were trying to brag, save it until you hit the big digits. You aren't even close to Mensa numbers.
As with most standardized tests, the IQ test in any form is essentially meaningless and certainly does not measure one's ability to function in society. Next time, try a culturally biased IQ test and see if you can score above a carrot.
