Yes, of coarse the world is still here. The prophecy had nothing to do with the here and now in revelations where it's spoken about, it's was about what was going on in that time, and the man how was bring it about. that world has ended., and it did not mean the planet, just the people on it.

Most of those people didn't sound any older then 14 , I remember being 13 on new years eve 2000 when I heard from older people that it would send all of technology crashing and the possibility of the world ending and I actually believed it because I had no experience to tell me other wise and no clue on how to rationalize my fears * .
