depends if you are a girl or guy...
For a girl...you first have to understand all our nerves for sexual arousal are inside....
Think of a really sexy man touching you all over,starting at you lips...caress them and work your way down your neck...use a gentle touch... rub & gentlely pinch your nipples..make circles around them ... then slowly go down to your tummy and softly massage it....then go lower...when you get to your private area...slowly massage your inner thighs..thinking of him doing it to you...then use your fingers to massage your *lit,using the virgina lips to cover it.(them over it)..next "explore " the outer area of your virgina with your fingers...until you feel wet...use two fingers to spread your vigina lips open,slowly use the other ones to do a circuler motion on your *ilt,then to go inside the "lips" and run your fingers up & down it til your feel more wetness...go part way in with your finger(s)...and all the way out..deeper each time you go back in...then back to your **it..and now use a circular motion on it..then a light tapping...and run your fingers back down and in again...each time deeper & a bit faster...you'll figure out what you like the feel of by exploring different ways...
By this time you should have a nice warm feeling..maybe your juices will flow way before this..depends on how much you do it...how excited you are about the guy who you're thinking of and what turns you on the most....works for me everytime..
