music site like the amazon "you might like this"?

Hi all, I read in the wired magazine some time ago about this music site that will recomend certain artists or songs based on your music list. I am looking for new music but can not find the site anymore. Anyone any idea. There should also be a specific name for this kind of sites. THNX

yahoo launchcast radio learns what you like as you rate the music its pretty cool
