After you answer one its hard to stop ...even if you do have other stuff to do . But then I've never asked a question , like you said there are search engine and forums , and for personal problems I either learn from life or family and friends .
So though you did put it more as an insult (a crude and not well thought out one at that) your "question" is a valid one people DO have many other means of information, but its the age of the internet and we're gonna use it!!

Before clicking to answer your question I checked how questions you've asked, you asked eight. why don't you search for he answer from those websites which offer search engine? And how do you know I don't know? I've never asked a question here you know, and you said that I'm ignorant and stupid, so what do you call yourself? Some search engines give stupid information and its fun to know what other people know and also of how dumb other people are. And, you are also dumb because since you are so angry about Yahoo! Answers, you just asked a question.

Besides being a fun way to ask questions and to answer them, sometimes its nice knowing what people (real people) think. I can do research, but sometimes reading some of the replies it makes me think of something that I might have missed.

Yahoo answers is great! Not only does it give us somewhere to hang out, lol but it is a fantastic global school with open and free opinions.
It gives us an education as we read others answers and thoughts, there is no knocking something where we can progress from it

I usually stay in jokes & riddles, it's fun. but when I jump to another category I too am amazed at some peoples ignorance, especially their grammer.
