Is been driving me insane not know what doc was telling ringo in the movie Tombstone. I was able to translate around 3 words. veritas means truth so he is telling him that he speaks the truth when he said he is drunk.

I would add that "In Vino Veritas" is often translated as "In Wine there is Truth" -- meaning that not only that the tongue is loosened, but that what is said is true, even though the person might have been afraid to say that truth without alcohol.
