My bf insists on having a baby.!
He promises that he'd be a great father, but he's only 18 and I 16. He's my cousin brother too.......

Two, think about your future. Does a baby fit into plans of college? Jobs? Do you even HAVE a job to support a baby right now?

Three, having a baby that is so close in your bloodline can cause birth defects. Do you want to do the baby that way?

first, u both too young to be parents, when u 2 should be out there making frends n enjoying ur young life.... have u suddenly lost interest in enjoying ur life????.... being a parents is no easy life. its a BIG responsibility.

Secondly, u 2 r not married... i think u should save urself for marriage.... in that case ur sure that ur bf is serious about family.
i'm afraid that wen u get pregnant, n he realize that he's not fit (or whatever his reason) to be a father n decide to leave.. how will u cope with ur life with a baby to take care??.... being so young, with no job, no education, i don't think u can afford to raise a kid. wen that happen u be crying n hoping that u never did whatever u have done.

finally, u n ur bf is related, this is considered as incest, because u share a blood line with him. i think, a cousin is very close blood line. theres a possibility that u might gave birth to a disabled baby. do u want ur baby to be like that?...

i hope u take everything into consideration before making any desicion...... don't do something that u'll regret. i think right now u should focus on ur education first.

Firstly, you guys are too young.
Noone can handle a child at 16 or 18, when you are just a teen yourself.
You should think about enjoying life like a teen rather than like a parent.
Instead of partying at night, youll end up changing your childs diapers...

And secondly, since your bf is related to you by blood, there is a risk to your child.
There is something called `consengineous marriages`.
it is a marriage between people related by blood...
If there is a defective gene in your dna, it will most probably be present in your cousins dna too.

This can cause your child to have many physical or mental retardations...

So, take my opinion , and DONT do it...

Girl, you are WAY to young to be thinking about babies! Once you get out of high school, go to college (even if it's just community college). Decide what YOU want to do with your life. . Are you willing and able to raise a little one if "great daddy" changes his mind and decides he want to be a kid again???
It sounds like this guy realizes that he has a GREAT girl, and he doesn't want to lose you.
Just don't rush into anything. I had my son when I was in college. His "I'll be there for you" father now lives 3 states away and hasn't seen him since he was 1 year old. I adore my son, but I wish I had waited. Things worked out, I'm married to a WONDERFUL man, who, as far as my son is concerned, is his DAD. Some gals aren't so lucky.

First off your way too young to have a kid. I'm 13 and already know that! Also umm eww! Get a clue please: if he's your cousin's brother, he's either your cousin, was adopted, or is a step cousin. Either way he's either in your blood line or he's still considered family! This is really messed up. You should use your better judgement, not ask strangers on the internet. No. Wait until you feel ready, not because you are pressured to. Having a baby takes a lot of work and it's expensive. You also don't have much time to get to do things you like, like go out. You're whole live basically revolves around them. Don't get me wrong, you take a break from time to time and go out and it's wonderful to be a mom but you need to be ready and be committed and you need to be a little older for that. Finish school and experience the college life before you experience motherhood. Think about it, you don't want to regret it.

I saw a commercial the other day.. it was kind of silly, it showed a guy with a baby attached to his hand and he was trying to do ordinary tasks like making toast and the baby kept getting in the way. It's silly.. but it's true.. give yourself time to live and have fun. Having babies isn't the world... give it time.

16 is a bit young you still have your whole life a head of you , party, go out with friends,but iv had friends of mine have children at that age , its entirly up to u , if you feel ready and u really trust that your bf will support u and financhallt to then i dont see y not, alot of people might say ur to youg but i felf like you did at 16 i felt like im ready for it, im now 18 and my bf and i are planing on haveing a child soon, so good luck

NO...You should be more supported by money and age. Give it a few years of love with your boyfriend. Maybe when you are 18 and him 21. He will be more mature for being a father and have a real job.

why are you dating you COUSIN's BROTHER in the first place?
plus if you are only 16 you shouldn't be having sex in the first place i mean you probably just got your liscense and it is illegal for an 18 year old to have sex with you. and if he is your cousin then two of your grand parents shared the same womb in order to create you both many generations later sound pretty wierd to me.
