i have a wedding to go to in a day. i washed my polyester/lurex top and went out for the day. when i got back she had ironed the crinkles right out of it. i washed it again and hung it twisted but nothing. i am desperate, anyone please.

Maybe it wasn't supposed to be crinkled when oyu bought it. It was probably stuffed in the corner of some warehouse for 20 years, and someone finally picked it up and said "F*** it! put a price tag on it."

wash it and tie a knot in it while it is still wet. Let it dry that way.

I don't know, I've never had that problem... but maybe you could try wetting it with a spray bottle and laying it flat to dry.
