i know if you have a bladder infection or a urinary tract infection it can cause you to go into labor. if you get an infection and its bad and hasnt been treated there might be a chance you cant get pregant because the infection caused so much damage.

Yes, pelvic inflammatory diseases (which starts from vagina) can result in abortion. Also, other infections like tuberculosis of uterus can result in infertility. There's a complex known as 'TORCH', Toxoplasma, Rubella (German measles), Chlamydia, Herpes all of which can result in abnormalities in development of the fetus (tertogenesis). TC.

Will it cause you to miscarry? Probably not.
