You get pregnant only when a sperm meets an egg produced by one of your ovaries in the fallopian tube or uterus. Since you are swallowing the sperms, theres no chance it will end up making you pregnant....

DRINKING sperm WILL NEVER get you pregnant. Even when you drink a gallon of it.
You get pregnant when sperm is deposited into your womb and when your egg meets the sperm.

IF there is a connection somehow between your digestive system and your abdominal cavity.
you see, the ovum doesn't mind which way the sperm comes. the 'best sperm' wins.
if there is a leak in your stomach (a condition called perforated gastric ulcer), the sperm can reach the ovaries.

No, it will not. Your stomach acid is very strong and is designed to kill germs, bacteria and etc. Sperms are very vulnerable and will not survive through your stomach. Also, even if the spersm were to survive, they'd have to where to go and cannot reach an egg cell.

No you wont get pregnant, drinking sperm only goes in your stomach (your digestive system), getting pregnent is only through the vagina. So you wont get pregnent its like drinking water.
