Here is a list of high sugar fruits and low sugar fruits. Choosing more of the lower-sugar fruits will help you to lose weight. If you choose the higher sugar fruits, be sure to eat smaller amounts.

Fruits has sugar called fructose. Fructose is usefull in production of energy in the body. And these fruits are very important in our systems for balance biochemical reactions. Did you ever heard a doctor saying don't eat friuts? It should be a part of your every meal about 4-6 servings a day. It's not about high or low, the bottomline is it is good sugar.

all fruits have sugar. not white sugar, but natural sugars. not a reason to avoid fruit, there are plenty of nutrients to off set the sugar. still, don't go fruit crazy. some have much more than others. canned fruits are good but not as good as raw. juices-read the label. there should not be added sugar.

Watermelons and Mangos are very high in sugar (Fructose) If you are diabetic, these fruits may be dangerous. Contact your local doctor for advice on what fruits can cause weight gain or have an ill effect on your body.

no,not all of them.some fruits have high sugar cause some plants,when they are planted,some farmers put sugar on it so that it will be sweet.but try to eat this kins of fruits..

strawberries-vitamin c and make your complexion whiter

kiwi-also vitamin c

banana

also,drink pure fruit juice cause some fruit juice have many sugar on it.also try to plant fruit in your house so you can save money and your sure that its not too much sugar and also try to squeeze them to make juice.

Fruits have sugar which is not harm full as other sugar products have,.

It is not that harmfull for teeth.

in comparison to added sugars in sweet foods, hell yes... but there's more than enough sugar in fruits to keep u sweet lol
