Name The grass which can be grown on shady areas, with little maintenance.?

I have open space infront of my house, with straight & big ashoka trees,mango trees. I want to grow lawn here. Mexican, bermuda, elephanta,agostino are the grasses available in market.

Rye grass grows very quickly, giving you some green to your lawn in a matter of days, but it doesnt grow 'thick'. Mixing in a thicker grass seed with the rye, helps... like a Kentucky Blue Grass.

Of the variants you mention available, I would work with the Bermuda and/or Agostino.
