From what you are saying it sounds like you are Indian, now the question is. are you in India or you are somewhere else, if you are in India, then you have to go to the department of foreign affairs, or the ministry of foreign affairs, and get the application. but that is only if you marry her first. And then they will approve it for you and you could bring her home. Good luck

Depending on where you are residing now, if you're not in India, check with the Indian Consulate. You need to register your marriage anyway and perhaps you could already check with them about your wife's residency first before the citizenship.

If you are in India and your fiance is Chinese, go to the Indian Immigration Department and inquire from them.

i've got been married two times previously, so i do no longer care if i do no longer marry back, yet I won't say that I "won't" marry back...it is not a concern in any respect, yet i might particularly want to have somebody to share my existence with... i've got been single for a protracted time now (the extra perfect area of the previous 11 yrs) so i'm gentle with it basically being me, if it is how the the remainder of my existence is going...I particularly have acquaintances and relatives and pastimes, so that is in no way boring (yet often times it gets lonely)...
