First off if that guy doesn't have a good excuse as to why he didn't show up then that dude is a world class jerk, secondly he might have decided to just stand you up because the thrill of the chase was over with. You kept saying no to him and this made you a challenge for him. Once you said yes, the thrill was over with.

That is because you met a boy or just a guy. A man would not stand you up like that when he was enthused about you in the first place. Forget the boys and watch the MEN!!!

hmmm... maybe something had come up and he can't reach you on time to tell you that. OR, he was pissed off(if he's the immature type) when you didn't say yes to him the first few times and he was getting back at you. but before you do anything drastic, give him the benefit of the doubt. let him explain things first. and trust your instinct. you will know whether he's lying or not.

Because he needs a challenge all the time. Something could have happened at the last minute. He may be too embarrassed to call you back. I would at least call him back and ask what happened. This way you can hear his side of the story.
