Has anyone heard the name Mexcaltitlan and where it is located?

Question

This place was suppose to be a colony the Mexicas lived in. For some unknown reason they migrated and form Tenoxtitlan, which is now known as Mexico City. Supposely this place still exsists on the Pacific Coast. It is suppose to be an island.

It's on the west coast in the state of Nayarit. A little and very old island community
