I don't know, but I'm going to say no: I have premature graying hair and brown eyes.

Premature graying of the hair is due to a halt in the production of melanin.
Green eyes comes from genes which are determined from your DNA of your parents.
It seems unlikely that the two would be connected.

I have blue eyes and went prematurely gray (hurray for hair color). I have heard in more than one place that a copper deficiency accelerates the graying of hair.

before each and every thing, to a majority of those crazies claiming eco-friendly eyes are not a real eye colour - that is not any longer authentic. To get eco-friendly eyes you need to have the genes for eco-friendly eyes! they are literally the rarest colour, because the genes themselves are uncommon. All that communicate about eco-friendly eyes being a kind of blue etc, that is out of biology books from the 30s and 40s. those people want to get their information without delay. Wikipedia is ideal, i have study the same ingredient in different encyclopedias and after I requested my eye physician, in straightforward words 2% of the international's inhabitants has eco-friendly eyes.
