Most Asian counties were conquered, colonised or otherwise came under the influence of European and American powers. Bt influence I mean that foreign policy restricted and favourable trade and legal rights established for the influencing western power. There several exceptions:
Japan (until 1945) was the most independent Asian power allowing only very limited European access from tthe 17th - 19th century. After the Meiji restoration it quickly copied much western technology and itself conquered and colonised much of south east Asia in the first half of the 20th century.
China was not conquered by the West but there was a lot of encroachment by the British, French, Germans, US who ran their own jurisdictions in ports such as Shanghai. Later the Japanese conqured a lot but not all of China.
Thailand came under joint British and French influence but retained a measure of independence.
The Himalayan kingdoms of Bhutan and Nepal came under British influence but retained their independence.
Afghanistan came under Russian but mostly British influence despite a series of very bloody wars in which the British had many setbacks.
Iran also maintained its independence but its freedom of action was much restricted by Russia and Britain
Turkey (the Ottoman Empire as was) retained its independence although its European possesions won their own independence throughout the 19th century and it too was severely cutailed by the western powers. After its defeat in World War I most of Turkey's non Turkish possessions were given to the Western poers as mandates over which they exercised quasi-colonial jurisdiction.
The Arabian peninsula (modern Saudi Arabia) remained largely free from western influence in the interior but the coastal areas were established as British protectorates.

Nope. Thailand was able to resist Western powers. Japan really was never conquered either, unless you consider the US occupation after WW2 as being conquered.

Thailand was never a colony of a western power, neither was China. I don't think Tibet was ever a colony of the west, though it is now under Chinese Rule.

Never use absolute words such as all, never (oops).... So, since you asked ALL? It's safe to say No. But the Mongolians conquered most of Europe once.
