A couple of loopy generalisations there. But perhaps that is the answer to part of your question - arrogance combined with ignorance.

It may be because America is doing such extreme things and is extreamly boisterous about money power and military power, where as none of these things can make a good human being out of them. One can think no end of himself, but others are certainly not going to share such thoughts! So may be because America tries to be the world police, that people hate so strongly.
I do not hate or dislike America, but at the same time I also do not have any special love for America, for me they are some what funny people only, as I do not take them serious. But I love and respect Israel, and the Jews, to my mind they are very serious and deep people.

Well, most of the people who 'hate America' hate the American government, not the people. For one thing, the amount of foreign aid we donate to other countries is paltry at best (the people give a lot of money, but the government does not, at least not compared to other governments). Also, what little aid we give usually has a lot of strings attached to it. For example, South Africa actually refused our money for AIDS because it required that they stop using generic drugs (which was absurd for a developing country).
Also, we tend to make war with a lot of countries with mediocre results at best... We've been at war with at least one country pretty much every year since the 1930's... For example:
Germany, Italy, Japan - WWII
Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos (Vietnam war)
Korea
Guatemala (covert ops)
Nicaragua (covert ops, which were revealed in Iran-Contra affair)
Iraq (funded and supplied to fight Iran, then bombed them in Gulf war 1, then invaded in Gulf war 2)
Afghanistan (First time was covert funding for Osama to fight the USSR, Second time we invaded)
Iran (covert ops)
Cuba (covert ops, and then indirect invasion attempt through the Bay of Pigs)
Believe it or not, we even invaded a tiny little island nation called Grenada (pop. 250,000) for some reason
I'm sure there's more that I can't remember off the top of my head... Not to mention, these are just the outright invasions and open funding, we did a lot of covert funding for African dictators, and pretty much half the countries in the world. Oh, and none of this includes assassinations like Salvador Allende of Argentina (which Colin Powell has admitted to)
Does that answer your question? lol

Why do Americans hate foreigners is the answer.
Foreigners doesn't hate Americans, they hate some of the American Government Policies! If you judge people, you have no time to love them. That is what George Bush and his government is doing.

Good question. I've always wondered that myself. Can't wait to see if you get an answer that isn't all about how awful Americans are.
I don't see anyone running to the borders to get OUT.
