No. Grandmothers' friends generally like young men. They like feeling like they are still interesting to men.
However, keep it light, not creepy, and don't lead them on at all.

Are you doing it because you're interested in them? If you're both single and interested, then why not? (You didn't mention how old your grandmother's friends are so I won't assume they're old enough to be your grandparents as well).
