This happens due to a lot of reasons. If you are not feeling accepted by the people around, tension, you can be in love (maybe you are not even aware). What you need to do is figure this one out by yourself. What you need to do is spend sometime with yourself alone and try and understand what exactly is troubling you and then look out for a solution basis that information. SELF INTROSPECTION is the name of the game here.

Are you depressed? Is something on your mind? Or maybe your simply thinking to much about not being able to sleep, so you cant. Some solution: try counting down from 100 or listening to soothing music, it may help. Good Luck!

How is your sex life? Maybe you need a better lover or need to be a better person. Just relax and give in to sleep, cut out bad stimulants for bedtime like coffee, and even complex themes on t.v. Talk to the doc.

There are a lot of great articles and information on how stress can effect sleep at ( http://www.reducingstress.net ). there are also many tips for solving the problem. Also, there is also a link to the stresseraser which is a great biofeedback device that can help you get to sleep.

yes defently-- thats cuz u are worrying about somethin uncounsisly....
or u had a bad dream about something that happen and are to scared 2 go back 2 sleep 2 dream again.. of course all incounciosly

It could be you have a lot on your mind. If I were you I would try some relaxation techniques before bed. Also, atleast 2 hours before bed do some form of work out.

Need to learn to relax. Body must be tooo wired. Try doing some simple breathing exercise to calm your shot nerves.

u need mental rest.
u can try to meditate.
but the easiest thing to do is when u cant sleep-think about the best things that happened in ur life
