Common sense tells you that the state with the highest population will have the most jobs. Thus the top 4 states with the most jobs are California, New York, Texas, and Florida. Up to that point, there are big enough gaps between them that differences in the unemployment rate don't matter. After that, the populations are closer so they could be some variation in the list. The state with the least amount of jobs is probably Wyoming.

At least here on the east coast it's NY by far. My second guess would be California, although Texas is mighty big.
