If you can, just enjoy the heat. Don't wear much, don't do much, and let the heat treat you to feeling like you would have paid a million dollars to feel last winter.
Go to a beach, sit in the sun, drink a tall cold drink with ice clattering around in it. If you can't go to a beach, get yourself wet somehow--how about a sprinkler or a kiddie pool to rest your feet in?
If you HATE being hot, then go to a movie theater and shiver through a movie or two. Those places are always too cold!
Enjoy the lazy crazy days of summer!

Jump into the swimming pool.
Put on Airconditioner and have a nice story book
Have a glass of cold beer (if permissible)
Go to any Air Conditioned Shopping centre and do window shopping and sens SMS to all friends to assemble and chit chat.
Sit under the nice shade of trees in any amusement park.

do what ido get anice tray and fill it up wit water(duh) put it in da freezer a few minutes after it should be half way frozen and stick toothpicks in there let it freeze some more and you have many popscickles but be careful if your clumsy like me you'll break the toothpicks good luck
