yes, but you must be specific about the type of frog or toad, some are very toxic and can make you dead. The cane Toad of Florida, which has become a pest in Australia, has been used for this purpose. The thing is that you don't so much lick the toad as what you do is scrape the milky secretions from the two large warts on the back of its head. This material can then be ingested or smoked.NOT RECOMMENDED. The potency is to variable and the effect is not very pleasant and the risks are high. Having said that, now it is fair to point out that toads have been abused for a very long time, appearing as ingredients along with various plants, mushrooms and various other animal parts in magic potions and witches brews throughout the world. Possibly the most famous reference would be the three witches in the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare, when they are boiling their cauldron on the moore, reciting the recipe and prophesying Macbeth's future.(generally not nice)

Only the very bright colored frogs are poisonous. They are distinguished by their "warning colours". Different species of toad excrete different toxins or venom. Some toads are known to have a hallucinogen as a poison and others, the venom produced by the parotoid glands acts principally on the heart and can result in death. But toads can squirt a fine spray for a short distance if they are handled roughly. The venom is absorbed through mucous membranes such as eyes, mouth and nose, and in humans may cause intense pain, temporary blindness and inflammation.

Its true. But i'm pretty sure it only occurs if you lick a cane toad. Which isn't recommended since its toxic.

One toad, the cane toad, exudes poison from its skin. If you lick it you hallucinate, and quite likely get very sick and/or die.
